NELP.org is the website for the National Employment Law Project, a non-profit organization that advocates for workers' rights and economic justice. It works to create a just and inclusive economy by promoting policies that create good jobs, strengthen protections for low-wage workers, and support the unemployed. The organization uses research, legal and policy advocacy, and partnerships to build power for workers, particularly low-wage, immigrant, and workers of color.
