3. Before you submit

Include the following so we can review efficiently:

  • URLs of the page or pages in question
  • A clear description of the specific content at issue
  • Proof of ownership or authority (for example, registration, authorship evidence, or screenshots)
  • The legal reason for removal or change
  • Your full contact details and consent to receive replies
  • A good faith statement that the information in your report is accurate and you are the rights holder or an authorized agent

    5. Review process

    1. Acknowledgment. You receive a confirmation after submission.
    2. Verification. We check authenticity and supporting evidence.
    3. Editorial consultation. Editors assess context, accuracy, and public interest.
    4. Resolution. If valid, we remove, correct, or update the material, or publish a reply.
    5. Notification. We inform you when the review is complete.

    We may contact you or the contributor for clarification before final action.

    6. Response time

    • Acknowledgment: within 48 hours
    • Preliminary review: within 3 to 5 business days
    • Resolution: typically within 10 business days, depending on complexity

    All valid requests are logged for accountability.

    7. Counter notice and right to reply

    When appropriate, the affected contributor may submit a counter notice or a right of reply. We balance legal duties, reader interest, and editorial standards before making a final decision.
