Faharas is a reference work for the artificial intelligence ecosystem. Browsing, searching, comparing, and quoting from the index for personal or professional purposes is free and does not require an account.

You may reference records from Faharas in your own work, provided you attribute the source and do not present our derived measures — scores, rankings, or comparisons — as the claims of the resources they describe. The index and its content may not be scraped at scale, republished wholesale, or used to build a competing index without our written permission.

Some capabilities — the Playground, personal libraries, workspaces, and AI connections — require an account and may be subject to separate terms and limits, which will be made available before those features launch.

Where an account is offered, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. You may not create accounts through automated means, misrepresent your identity, or use the platform to bypass limits placed on free access.

You may close your account at any time. Closing an account removes your personal library, collections, and workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy; canonical public records are never tied to a single account and are not affected.

Faharas welcomes corrections, suggestions, and contributions. By submitting a contribution you grant Faharas a non-exclusive license to review, modify, and publish it as part of the index, and you confirm that you have the rights to submit it.

Contributions are reviewed before they can affect canonical records. We are not obligated to accept any contribution, and we may remove or revise published content when it fails our editorial standards — evidence over claims, nothing invented, and change kept with history.

Faharas is maintained with care, and every sourced fact is tied to its source — but the field changes fast, and verification states are shown honestly rather than hidden. The index is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faharas and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the index. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where we hold one, by email to people on our list. Continued use of Faharas after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Faharas operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
