The Incident at Westin Hotel Loading Dock
The altercation occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. at the Westin hotel loading dock in downtown Indianapolis. Tole was collecting used cooking oil from the hotel kitchen when Sanchez confronted him about the truck’s parking position. According to court affidavits and surveillance footage, Sanchez entered the truck cab without permission, pushed Tole against a wall, and threw him to the ground. When Tole used pepper spray in self-defense, Sanchez wiped his face and continued advancing.
